我们是如何感受酸甜苦咸鲜的?

(中文) 虽然不是一个吃货,但是,最初让我对神经生物学感兴趣的原因确是吃货思维,那就是,我们是如何感知“酸甜苦咸鲜”的?为什么不是酸甜苦辣?因为从科学的角度看,辣不属于味觉,而属于痛觉。从科学的角度定义味觉,包括上面所说的六大模式(modality),即,酸、甜、苦、咸和鲜。
